As an Architect in Odisha, harnessing my creativity for more than four decades it dawned upon me to create and provide affordable and functionally modern homes for all on a really large scale, Bhubaneswar has ever witnessed. This little seed sown in my mind took me to create and build Acropolis-the 700-plus apartment complex at Gothopatna- A dream becoming reality for me and all the families who reside there with a smile of satisfaction on their faces.
Spread over about 14 acres, a tireless team of Architects, Planners, Engineers, and workers worked from 2011 to 2016 to build this gem of a vibrant self-serving township called Acropolis, which has become a yardstick for real estate developers. Many tried to bring into fruition such a large project have met with little or no success at least in Odisha. Our real developer team Acrux jointly with Creative Architects achieved this success called Acropolis through sheer grit and determination. All of us who contributed to making Acropolis a reality, look back with pride and are raring to ideate, design, create and build more such projects that may bring a sigh of relief to its denizens who could afford a lifestyle they always cherished for the future of their families and loved ones.
